Questions?

If you have any questions, please contact SSN IT via My Page, or contact our service office during opening hours.

  • + Cable

To use a wired connection, you can connect your device directly to the wall socket in your apartment. To connect several devices to the internet at the same time, a router must be used. The tenant must obtain this him or herself.

We recommend that you use network cables of the standard cat5e or newer. If using a router, it MUST be in NAT mode, as we only have one public IP address per apartment. Most routers have this setting as default. Note that if you are switching between devices connected directly to the wall socket, it may take up to five minutes from when you disconnect one device before the next device has internet access.

  • + TV

To use IPTV, you need to connect your device (the TV box) to the wall socket or to the back of the router/switch if you are using this. A TV box/subscription can be purchased from, for example, SnapTV.

  • + WiFi

SSN does not provide a wireless network in this building. If there is a need for WiFi, the tenant must set this up him or herself using a wireless router etc.
