Training guidance

We offer training guidance at the student sports centre. Do you need help to develop a training programme that is correct for you and your goals? You don't have to be a novice to benefit from training guidance. Even those who have worked out for years will find it helpful to get new input and a new perspective on their fitness programme. Variation is an important principle for training.
