For closer follow-up, variety and correct training, we offer personal trainers at our student sports centre. Our personal trainers will help you reach your goal in an efficient and fun way.

Margrethe Nyborg Aune

  • Bachelors' degree in sports, nutrition and health
  • Qualified personal trainer and nutrition supervisor
  • Group training instructor

Margrethe likes to combine both strength and cardio in her workouts. She will not only help you with training, she will also help you find the correct diet to reach your goal. Would you like help finding a proper diet that will help you achieve more, give you more energy and self-confidence? Margrethe is the personal trainer for you.

Eivind Karlsen Bye

  • Second-year student for a Bachelors' degree in Sports, nutrition and health
  • Group instructor for weight training since 2013
  • Qualified Personal Trainer

Eivind focuses on simple strength exercises in combination with advanced training techniques. High intensity, correct execution and good spotting are all part of Eivind's workouts.

Kevin Bach

  • Studying for a Bachelors' degree in Sports, nutrition and health
  • Group instructor and qualified personal trainer
  • Background from competing in and instructing in martial arts

Kevin focuses on targeted strength and cardio workouts. As a personal trainer, he emphasises the importance of measuring achievements and does his utmost to promote technique, learning to love workouts and motivation. His sessions are educational, simple and comfortable, and give you a sense of real achievement.

William Reinemo Aasgård

  • Studying for a Bachelors' degree in Sports, nutrition and health
  • Group instructor and qualified personal trainer
  • Background from top-level athletics within endurance
  • Former cyclist and cycling coach

William has a wealth of experience within training and extensive knowledge of endurance and weight training. He can help you develop a good weights programme focusing on adaptation and correct technique so you can reach your goals. If you are planning to take part in competitions, no matter the season, he can help you increase your endurance and reach peak fitness to help you achieve new personal bests!
