In our office in Bø, you find Frøydis, who can help you with everything from problems with your flatmates, to questions about which student association might suit you, or if you need a chat about your student life - whether you struggle with heartbreak or other small crises in life.
In short, most things that concern you as a student - in your life outside your studies.
Those who are involved in student volunteering can contact Frøydis for help and support with association work.

Pick up/deliver key
Are you a resident of Campus Bø Student Housing you can pick up your key at SSN's office or arrange directly with us if the key is to be delivered to the room. You lock in via My key card on My page in the Student Sørøst app or on desktop/mobile.
Residents of Grivi and Breisås pick up/deliver keys in the service office on Campus Bø.
When moving out, keys can be delivered in the office or in one of the dropboxes:
Grivi:
Pick up: To the right outside the entrance to the common room, vis a vis the mailboxes (you must have a code for the key box).
Delivery: Inside the small door into the common room, under the fire panel.
Breisås:
Pick up and delivery: At the small red building by the car park in Elgfaret. The dropbox hangs under the taxi sign.
Campus Bø Student Housing:
By the main entrance to building 28 (inside on the ground floor).
Inside the University building:
There is also a dropbox to the right outside of the door to SSN's office, which is located inside the university building at the main entrance (by the USN Servicetorg). This is only available during USN Campus Bø's opening hours.
IMPORTANT about use of dropbox for delivery of key!
Keys and everything else that is delivered in our dropboxes MUST be put in a named envelope.

Fixed seasonal opening hours
The service offices have reduced opening hours during the winter break, autumn break, in June and July. We are closed during the Easter and Christmas holidays, as well as on all bank holidays.
NB! Please note that if your contract starts on a weekend, bank holiday or holiday, you cannot move in before the next working day at 1 pm. If your contract ends on such a day, you can deliver your key in one of our dropboxes.
