Bicycles, e-scooters, and bicycle batteries must be stored in the outdoor bicycle storage area located by the main entrance. This facility provides secure storage with access controlled through the access control system. Bicycles and e-scooters should be stored here and charged when necessary.

A dedicated charging cabinet is available for bicycle batteries. Bicycle batteries must not be charged inside the building. It is also not permitted to store or charge bicycles or e-scooters inside student rooms.

The bicycle parking area is also equipped with facilities for basic bicycle maintenance and repairs.

Accessing the bicycle battery charging cabinet:

• Download the ECHO mobile app and register as a user.
  Note: The verification code may be delivered to your spam or junk mail folder.

• To unlock a compartment, hold your phone over the lock of the compartment you wish to use and keep it there until a padlock icon appears on the screen (approximately 3 minutes).
• Repeat the same process when you wish to unlock the compartment and retrieve your battery.

There is also a bicycle storage room in the building's basement, with direct access from the outside on the west side of the building. Bicycles that do not require charging may be stored there.

Grivi is located east of the town centre, a good 1.5 km from the University. 

• There is one shared mailbox per each shared unit.
• The mailboxes are not locked. Please add a name label when you move in and remove it when you move out.
• You are responsible for checking the mailbox regularly.
• If you are expecting important or sensitive mail, we recommend having it sent as registered mail, so it can be collected from the post office or a designated pickup point.
• When updating your address, remember to include your room number.
• Parcel lockers from Posten are located by the waste storage area.

Attractive outdoor areas with outdoor furniture, table tennis and chess. Feel free to use any outdoor furniture, but show consideration for your neighbours when using the outdoor areas. Always put the furniture back in its place and wipe the outdoor table after use. Pick up paper and other waste so the outdoor areas remain attractive. 

The building has a free parking area with complimentary parking. Parking spaces are available on a "First come, first served" basis.

There are 7 electric vehicle charging stations available for residents at Grivi. Current charging rates can be found in the pricelist. Applications for parking spaces can be submitted via My page under My Tenancy and Apply for Additional Products.

Travel planner for buses in Bø. 

Shared laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers located in the basement. Use of these facilities is included in the rent. There is also a separate drying room located next to the laundry room.

Each resident has their own storage unit.

You can find a swap room by the main entrance. Here you can leave things you no longer need, or find things you need for your dorm. It is not permitted to leave furniture or textiles.

Waste must be sorted and disposed of in the designated waste containers in the waste storage area. Remember to recycle! Electrical waste can be placed in the labeled collection bin in the laundry room.

The property has electricity as an energy source. Electricity is included in the rent.

All keys and key cards must be delivered by 10 am on the last day of the contract.

The housing unit must be ready for handover (emptied, cleared and cleaned).

You can either deliver the key in the service office or in one of our dropboxes.
