About the buildings:
Borgehaven student accommodation (built 2009-2010) consists of five buildings with a total of 52 rental units, divided into four three-bedroom apartments (63 m2), 10 two-bedroom apartments (47 m2) and 38 single doublet units where two students share a bathroom and kitchen.
- +Electricity and energy
Electricity is included in the rent.
The buildings have water-born heating (in radiators) and heat pumps which provides heating. The heat pumps also provide hot water.

You will have to bring your own duvet, pillow, bedding and kitchen utensils, in addition to cleaning equipment and a vacuum cleaner. You are not allowed to remove furniture from the unit, but you are allowed to bring additional furniture if there is space.

All residential units have free Internet connection. Free Internet is only offered to students at USN.
Borgehaven is about a 15-minute walk from the University.
- +Outdoor area
Borgehaven is located in a peaceful and charming area with spacious gardens.
There is allocated free parking for cars, and bicycle parking under a roof. Use a private lock.
- +Shared laundry room
There is a shared laundry room in building B, with free use of washing machines and tumble driers. The three-bedroom apartments have private washing machines and tumble driers.
Each house has freestanding storage rooms. The three-bedroom apartments also have storage room indoors.
- +Waste disposal
The waste container shed is located by the parking lot. Green and black containers. Remember to recycle!
