You may sign the contract in the following ways:
- Sign with electronic bank ID (this requires a Norwegian social security number).
If you are not able to sign with electronic bank ID:
- Print the contract, sign it by hand and send by mail.
- Print the contract, sign it, scan the signed contract and send it by email.
We will communicate with you by email. Please make sure that our emails don't end up in your spam folder, as you will miss out on important information.
Please note that if you are a previous resident, any outstanding rent must be paid before applications may be reprocessed.
Rent is charged from the date on the contract, regardless of when you move in.

Signed a tenancy agreement but not been admitted to study?
If you have been allocated student accommodation and have signed a tenancy agreement, but are not admitted to your studies after the Norwegian Universities and Colleges Admission Service's main admission date on 20 July, you can be released from contract provided you notify us by 31 July.
What is a tenancy agreement?
A tenancy agreement is a written contract between a landlord and a tenant. The tenancy agreement contains information that the tenant must read and accept before both parties sign the agreement. Once the tenant has signed and consented to the agreement, both parties are bound by the agreement until it expires. The tenant is then liable to the terms of the agreement and must comply with the contents of the agreement.
