The health phone makes it easier for you to get in touch with a therapist/psychologist and helps you get a new appointment if you get ill or for other reasons have to move your appointment.

SSN's Healthline is there to help you who already use the counselling service, with all the practicalities regarding appointments.
Call us and get help with:
New appointment (for existing users).
International students (who do not have a D-number Norwegian social security number and cannot book an appointment online) can call the Healthline to have the first appointment set up.
Changing your appointment (remember to call 24 hours before the appointment starts).
Cancellation due to illness (call us as soon as you can).
Talking to a therapist/psychologist.
