A smoothie bowl is a great way to get lots of healthy nutrients and vitamins, it also tastes great. This contains, among other things, spinach, which can be beneficial for your memory - perfect for students in other words!
Spinach is considered a "superfood" and is often referred to as the "king" of leafy vegetables when it comes to nutrition. This simple recipe contains both fruit and spinach, and is very rich with minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium. It also has a lot of vitamin C, and is a super source of folate, vitamin K and vitamin A.
About 0.5 l frozen banana and mango in pieces (preferably ready-mixed mixture)
A couple of handfuls fresh spinach
Apple juice or plant milk (so much so that it covers the frozen fruit). You may want to start with a small amount of liquid and rather dilute to make the smoothie thick enough.
Use what you have in your cupboard and refrigerator!
For example: sliced banana, mango, avocado and / or kiwi, blueberry / raspberry / strawberry, flaxseed, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, chopped almonds / nuts, a little peanut butter or almond butter.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and run until you have a smooth, slightly thick mixture. Pour into a bowl and garnish with the topping you have on hand.
Enjoy! And good luck boosting your memory ;)
