Filmvisning og samtale: "Ingen å miste"

How can we talk about difficult things? What can we do when we, or someone around us, is struggling and perhaps experiencing suicidal thoughts? And how can we be a good friend when life feels overwhelming?

We invite all students to a screening of the film "No One to Lose" (Ingen å miste), followed by a discussion with the film's director and representatives from Kirkens SOS, one of Norway's largest crisis support organizations.

The film focuses on suicide prevention, mental health, hope, relationships, and the importance of seeing and supporting one another. After the screening, food and drinks will be served before we continue with a panel discussion exploring topics such as:

How to support someone who is going through a difficult time
What you can do if you are struggling yourself
How to be a good source of support for friends and fellow students
How volunteering can make a difference

You will also receive information about the support services available to students through SSN Health.
