This year, we are asking for an extra effort—
To be someone others can rely on. Not just in words, but in actions.

🧡 Meeting disagreement with curiosity.
🧡 Being open about decisions.
🧡 Keeping your word.
🧡 Admitting mistakes.
When we say “I don’t know” instead of pretending.
When we do not let derogatory comments pass in silence.
When we stand by what we have said.
Trust is the sum of what we do every day.

Trust is a form of preparedness. And every action counts.
