Show up in your everyday clothes and join us for a 20-minute session focused on breathing and relaxation 🧘‍♀️. We start lying on the mat, move into a seated lotus position, and finish standing while finding balance 🌿. We will gently, slowly, and carefully awaken the body and get ready for a new day together!
