Can't you show up yourself? Do not despair! Send us, or a friend, a message with which position you want and a few words about yourself, and we will make sure that this is read out and you get to participate!
We will also be standing in the time leading up to the general meeting, so talk to us if you have any questions!
Here are the positions to be chosen:

Executive Board Student Society in Drammen;

Manager:
The leader of the Student Society in Drammen has the overall responsibility for all subgroups and its members. The leader is obliged to distribute responsibilities to his board members and subgroups, and delegate tasks. The manager has the overall responsibility for all agreements that have been established with other partners and that these are not abused. The leader must be the closest contact to large partners, such as SSN, USN and possibly others. The leader must approve all press releases that deal with the Student Society in Drammen, in collaboration with the PR manager. The leader is obliged to have an overview of the finances of the Student Society in Drammen, in collaboration with the deputy leader, and must approve all budgets from the deputy director. The leader shall, in collaboration with the deputy leader and leader of the Drammen Student Sports Association, annually develop a joint budget for the two organizations.
The leader has the right to vote. In the event of a dispute, the leader has one more vote.

Deputy:
The deputy manager shall have a supportive and advisory function to the manager. The deputy manager is also responsible for finances and will prepare this year's budget, and distribute the funds across the subgroups together with the manager. The deputy manager is also responsible for finding any new financial partners. The responsibility can be increased, if this is delegated from the leader of the Student Society in Drammen. The deputy leader shall, in collaboration with the leader and leader of DSI, annually develop a joint budget for the two organizations. The deputy chairman has the right to vote.
Board member / Event manager x3-5:
Event managers have the main responsibility for planning and carrying out events for which subgroups are not responsible. This can be concerts, parties, quizzes, trips and the like. They all have the right to vote.

Board member / PR manager:
The PR manager, together with the leader, is responsible for ensuring that the Student Society's reputation in the local community is positive. The PR manager is also responsible for preparing student deals with other partners, and having a continuous dialogue with already existing partners. The PR manager has the right to vote.

Student housing manager:
The student house manager works actively towards the upcoming student house and otherwise supports the other positions on the main board.

Sponsorship:
The sponsor board is a subgroup of the Student Society in Drammen. The sponsor board is obliged to assist the main board of the Student Society in Drammen when needed

Sponsor Board Chairman:
The sponsor leader shall be the intermediary between the main board of the Student Society in Drammen and the members of the sponsor group, as well as all registered sponsors. The leader must also be an intermediary between the University's administration and the rest of the sponsor board in the Student Society in Drammen. The manager has overall responsibility for the sponsorship week. The leader must ensure that the week is carried out according to set rules, the budget is not overwritten, and that information regarding the sponsorship week is sent to the students. The leader is obliged to distribute areas of responsibility among the board members, and delegate the responsibility for the implementation of the week. The leader is obliged to include everyone in the sponsor board, as well as the leader of the Student Society in Drammen, in major decisions. The chairman of the sponsor board also sits on the main board of the Student Society in Drammen, and has the right to vote.

Deputy:
The deputy leader of the sponsor group shall have a supportive and advisory function above the leader. The deputy leader of the sponsor group shall be the deputy leader in the situations that are needed. The deputy manager can incur more responsibility, if this is delegated from the manager. The deputy chairman has the right to vote in the sponsor board.

Finance manager:
The finance manager during the sponsorship week shall have the main responsibility with the head of the finances and together prepare a budget which shall be approved by the head of the main board. Furthermore, it is the finance manager who must keep accounts and have control of all finances. The finance manager has the right to vote in important decisions in the sponsor board.

2 board members:
The sponsor group's board members shall support the leader with planning and implementation of the sponsorship week. Board members have the right to vote in important decisions in the sponsor acid.
