A completely new band saw the light of day when three musicians from Bø join forces with a jazz chief from Grenland to play music that smells of both earth and asphalt. Armed with a lineup consisting of only drums, bass, and saxophones, they invite you into a universe that nods to Sonny Rollins, Fela Kuti, and Per "Texas" Johansson, while at the same time being well rooted in the Telemark delta.
The band members usually play in bands such as Resjemheia, Maridalen, and Scheen Jazz Orchestra and have performed at the jazz club several times before. This jazz club evening will be both swinging, groovy, lyrical, and expressive.
