"Coup de chance - A Lucky Strike" is a love triangle drama with both comedy and suspense. Woody Allen's latest film (his 50th film!, and the first in French) is a light, captivating, somewhat serious, and infamously complicated comedy that explores love, murder, and moral complexity. The story takes place among the sophisticated upper class in Paris. The film follows the story of Fanny, played by the fabulous Lou de Laâge, who is caught in a web of love and infidelity - with unexpected consequences. The light comedy has a wonderful range, and the story takes dark turns that will surprise most. The title illustrates the theme that permeates the film, namely the question of how much luck plays a role in life, and the film proves that the 88-year-old director is still a master storyteller!

In the lounge after the film screening, we will be visited by the editor of the film magazine Montages, Lars Ole Kristiansen, who will talk about Woody Allen as a filmmaker.

Refreshments are included in the ticket.
Everyone is welcome!
