Joint hike Lifjell across - from Reinstaul to Strond

Lifjell across is a demanding wilderness hike in the western corner of Lifjell. The trip starts at Reinstaul and follows Borkebudalen for a bit, before climbing up towards the high mountain and following the edge of Lifjell out towards Seljordsvatnet. There are small lakes and a nice and slightly hilly terrain.
At peak 1202 and Breiøksskaret, turn south towards Skålbu and Veslestaul and follow the gravel road down to the where the cars are parked. There will be a lot of altitude meters up and down, but we will experience a fairly unknown and untouched part of Lifjell that few have hiked in before.
Practical information:
Connecting in private cars from Bø Torg at 09.00. Or from Granvin kulturhus at 09.30. A car is parked at Veslestaul, the others drive to Reinstaul. Once at Veslestaul the drivers drive and pick up the cars. Cancelled if bad weather
Organizer: Bø turlag and Seljord turlag.
