Are you curious about what mindfulness is and how it is practiced? Or do you just want a respite on a Friday morning, where you are invited to check in with yourself and connect with the moment here and now with others?
Then you are most welcome to Brage Bok Friday 1 March at 11 am.
There will first be an introduction to mindfulness, followed by a guided mindfulness meditation.
Duration: max 1 hour
Open to all, no prior knowledge required.

Frøydis Haukeland works as an adviser in the Department of Health Promotion and Prevention in SSN (Studentsamskipnaden i Southeast Norway). Here she works for students to have a good and meaningful student life. She is a trained mindfulness instructor, and offers, among other things, mindfulness courses for students in her job.
