Midt-Telemark Mushroom and Utility Growth Association holds courses over 3 Tuesdays:
- 29 August from 18:00 - 21:00
- 5 September from 18:00- 21:00
-September 12 from 17.00- 21.00
The purpose of the course is to provide an introduction to edible species our local environment has to offer.
The first evening of the course we ask the participants to bring mushrooms. We recommend keeping the mushrooms separate from each other with the help of cans or paper bags if you are unsure of the species.
The last evening there will be cooking in combination with a small informal species sample.
Price for courses: Non members 400kr For members 200kr
There is a maximum capacity of 25 people.
