New Year, New possibilities! We give you useful tips and increased insight into the topic. There has been a lot of research on procrastination among students. You students dispose of a lot of time yourself and then it is easier to postpone study work. Some expose a lot and others expose little. Too much procrastination can lead to increased stress, depression and difficulty sleeping. It is about breaking the postponements in time so that you have the best possible time during your studies.

Start the new year with a lecture on procrastination. The psychologists Kristin and Hilde teach you the useful tips and help you to gain increased insight into the topic so that you do not fall into the trap semester after semester.

Bring something good to drink or eat and end the first week in January with a digital lecture with useful tips for the next semester.
