Dear event planner!

• Post your event well in advance: preferably one week before it starts, but no later than two days before the start date.
  
  
• If you choose "Personal attendance" - remember to choose which campus it applies to!
  
  
• Fill in the "Contact info section" at the bottom of the form (most important is your e-mail address)! All events are approved and published manually, and we might need to get in touch with you.
  
  When you leave your e-mail address, you will also receive a confirmation when your event has been published :)
