Statistics Norway figures show that 9,100 young people under the age of 30 are excluded in Vestfold and Telemark. In 2020, 12.4% of those under the age of 30 were outside work, education and labor market measures. Vestfold and Telemark have the highest proportion of young people who are excluded in Norway.
