Mindfulness and Stress Management

All people are born with the ability to "go to the alarm" and get stressed out.
The ability to calm down again, on the other hand, we must learn.

On the course, you will learn methods that can help better manage stress, increase concentration and increase presence in your life.

The course will consist of a combination of theory, practical exercises and reflection.

The course runs over three Thursdays: April 13 and 20 and May 4 from 3-5 p.m.

The course is free, and with som fruit or similar at the start.
