Audun Haukvik began his musical career at the age of 16. In an old woodshed on Kongsberg, now known as Christians Kjeller, next door to ÅTTE.
At that time it was 70s rock, prog, blues and psychedelia.

After two albums and a long series of concerts with the blues band "Up to Fly" and an album and foreign tour with the prog band "Maailmaa", Audun decided to stand fully and completely on his own two feet.
The solo project "Big Mama Allpax" was created and the debut album "Small Town Criminals" was released in 2011.
Since 2011 there have been releases to, "Stulen", a digital release, at the same time a concert film that was recorded on a chair from before the Black Death.
It can be found on YouTube. And the last "Slow step down" EP that came in 2015. Then under the artist's name, Audun Haukvik.

In 2020 came the single "Driving Alone", a heavy, dark and destructive song that put an end to a period of 10 years.

Genre-wise there is little doubt that Audun Haukvik grew up with the blues and that there is always a small blue line in the musical expression of him and his band.
What the scholars will define as blues, rock, soul or eccentric prog in Audun's music.
