Most people who are buying a home for the first time have a lot to familiarise themselves with. NBBO (Nedre Buskerud boligbyggelag) would like to help and invites you to a free theme evening with a programme covering everything you might be wondering about buying your very first home. We're also serving pizza for everyone, so you don't have to worry about dinner that day.
You'll learn more about different types of housing and ownership and the rules for pre-emption rights, what to look for in the prospectus and valuation report, and not least more about equity requirements and what options you have when applying for a loan.
