Oliver Lovrenski, the literary starlet who made his debut
to rave reviews in the fall of 2023 with the novel "Da vi var yngre " (translates to"When we were younger")
to Drammen on the opening day of the Drammen Literature Festival.
"Da vi var yngre" is a story about friendship, grief, addiction and
survival in today's Oslo. A rare insight into a rough environment, and an intense
and raw coming-of-age novel told with warmth and humor. Lovrenski won the Bokhandlerprisen
2023, and the novel was nominated for the Brage Prize.
This evening he will be in conversation with Beate Ranheim, advisor
at the County Library in Viken.Free admission!
