Cultural expression is Norway's largest national arena for cultural policy. The arena will bring together the entire Norwegian cultural life in conversations and debates about art and cultural policy.
Cultural expression shall, through knowledge-based and relevant expressions, debates and discussions, lift art and culture as an important policy area and as a force for development in society.
Cultural expression takes place in each election year, and was held for the first time in 2021. Cultural expression will next be held from 19 to 21 June 2023.
