How can you take advantage of slopes and other uphill areas? Most gardens have spots that are hard to use because the terrain is sloping. Does that mean only nettles and raspberry bushes can grow there? Absolutely not!
Garden enthusiast Bjørnhild Fjeld is the editor of the new Norwegian gardening magazine Hageguiden and the website Spirea.no. In her talk, she shares experiences from her own garden, which is on a steep slope in Høyenhall, Oslo. She also shows examples from other gardens she has visited across Norway – where garden owners have used creative solutions to create new outdoor spaces in 'no man's land.'
Cake/coffee and raffle after the talk.
Free entry.
Welcome!
