Thursday 13. Aug, 18:00 - 20:00
Uvdalvegen 185, Bø
Thursday, August 13 at 6 PM there will be a garden walk at Ron Bruinvis's garden at Uvdalvegen 185 in Bø. The water garden is almost finished, and several animal species that are rare in Telemark have settled in and around the water garden, contributing to greater biodiversity in the garden. In the water garden, there are toads, frogs, small and large salamanders, and the latter is actually a sensation in Telemark! A bat species that has not been seen in Telemark before has also been observed. In Ron's garden, you can see various types of arrangements for insect and bird life, and in addition to the water garden, there are areas with meadow, vegetables, and ornamental plants.
Organized by: Bø and Sauherad Garden Club.
The garden club offers carpooling from the Volunteer Center in Bø, meeting at 5:40 PM and departing at 5:45 PM.
Welcome to join the garden walk followed by coffee/tea and some snacks.
The event is free and open to everyone!
