Solar eclipse-meetup with Kroa Utflukt

On Wednesday 12 August we're taking you outside to watch the moon swallow almost the entire sun! Over 83 % of the sun's disc disappears right above Bø. It's the biggest solar eclipse in more than a decade, and it's happening right before our eyes.
We'll be at the sports field nearby, lying in the grass and looking up while it happens. 🌘
📅 Wednesday 12 August
🕖 Meet up at 19.00. The eclipse starts 19.04, peaks around 19.58 and lasts until about 20.51
📍 Where: outside Kroa i Bø
🕶️ We'll sort out eclipse glasses for everyone! (NEVER look straight at the sun without a certified filter!!!!)
🧠 And yes, there's a quiz afterwards, hosted by Kroa! The quiz doesn't start until 20.00, so you decide whether to head in a bit later or enjoy the whole eclipse first.
Bring something nice for your bag and a sweater for when the evening cools down. See you in the grass!
