We will be visited by Francesca Tullio who will teach us how to make our own hydrolates and essential oils from different parts of plants
We will go through the theory of distillation and we will see how a distiller is used in practice. How is water separated from oil to make hydrolates? How do you store the hydrolates safely to make fantastic products for everyday use.
