After a long winter of rest, the spring sun has finally arrived. Then the sap rises in the birch trees, and it is full of sweet sugar.
We invite you to visit Halvor and Elin at Bjerva Farm. We will learn how to tap birch sap from the trees. There are sheep and lambs on the farm, and opportunities to say hello to the animals. Maybe we will also find some of the first useful plants of spring.
Bring a cup and a bottle for birch sap. We will light a fire, so feel free to bring sausages to grill or other picnic food.
People of all ages are welcome. Bring the whole family and come!
