In collaboration with Bø Jazz Club, Bø Women's Forum invites you on March 8 to a lecture with Carline Tromp, and not least the debut concert of Bø Song Ensemble! The venue is the village's new cultural stage, Bakgården, where there will also be room for refreshments and pleasant table chats on Women's Day.

The Backlash – and how we resist by Carline Tromp
Authoritarian far-right movements are gaining ground in many countries, and it is often women, LGBTQ+ people, and those who break gender norms who feel the impact first-hand. Keywords include neo-conservative traditional wives, aggressive sex culture, attacks on abortion rights, demonization of trans people, and burning of Pride flags. Tromp provides valuable insights on how we as feminists can mobilize to resist.
