Dans i Bø is a playful fusion-contemporary-modern dance class that is open to dance-lovers of all levels. In the class we will focus on basic floor-work and lyrical movement principles. The purpose of the class is to practice the mindful movement of our bodies, acquire new expressive skills, and improve our overall fitness level. Each week we build upon a singular choreography that we will work on together over the course of the entire season.
Participants must be 18+.
Where - Gullbring studio (upstairs)
When - every Thursday from 1715 to 1815
What - fusion contemporary moderne dance / all levels
Cost - free for students / 200,- drop in for non students
