Lecture on green health, and seed swapping with the garden association!

On Thursday, February 12 at 7 PM, there will be a lecture at Bø Prestegård about green health – specifically about the connection between nature and health. The evening's speaker is Ingunn Sigstad Moen, who usually teaches at Vea fagskole. Based on research in the field, she will tell us about what nature does for our health. How much nature or gardening do we need? What health benefits can gardening have? And what about indoor plants?
The speaker will also talk a little about the Green Health program at Vea, and finally, Grethe Bøhn Busterud will speak briefly about Vea fagskole and other courses they offer.
After the lecture, there will be a seed swap. Bring any seeds you have left over, and we'll share them with each other!
