The soil is the foundation of our existence. Sustainable food production involves the management of soil resources and agriculture that helps to slow the climate crisis and reduce the loss of nature. In addition to protecting areas of cultivated and arable land, good soil health is also an important part of soil conservation. Soil conservation and soil health have been high on the global and national agenda in recent years. Regionally, this is also an important focus area, which we want to increase knowledge about and encourage dialogue on during World Soil Day.
