Singer and songwriter Sara Fjeldvær is an exciting voice on the alternative pop scene. She has proven to be a skilled live artist in recent years (by:Larm, Pstereo, Moldejazz, Trænafestivalen) and in 2023 was nominated for this year's shooting star during by:Larm and winner of this year's NOPA scholarship. Fjeldvær's combination of folk, jazz, pop, rock and Americana can be difficult to place, but the songwriting is nuanced, brave and intimate, accompanied by warm instrumentation by her distinct band.
