Dancing

Every Friday at 16:00 we are a group of students who dance. We have our own instructor and we do everything from modern, improv, ballet-core exercises, choreography and yoga flows. The goal is to use dance as therapy to keep our mental health good and our bodies healthy sunne❤️ No matter what level you are - welcome!
