Bø Klatregruppa offers the opportunity to take the brattkort test. This test is for people who have taken a basic course or have sufficient competence in climbing as well as securing and want to get a brattkort.
During the brattkort test climbers must demonstrate that they have sufficient knowledge and safety skills to be able to perform safely on indoor climbing walls. The test is set up as a climbing session, where the climber must take on equipment without assistance. Furthermore carry out a safety check on the ground and while climbing. And secure another climber during top towing, guidance and descent.
The climbers can take the test in pairs, so that one climbs while the other secures, and then changes. Buddy checks must be carried out at each rope change.

Price:
Free for people who have participated in a basic course in Bø Klatregruppa as well as people who are affiliated with Bø Klatregruppa (volunteer, coach, (co) instructor)
100 kr for participation who is KG members.
* To register your brattkort, all participants must pay 300 kr to NKF.
