Families from 14-16 and adults from 16-18.
The climbing day is an open event for anyone interested in climbing in Bø, so you do not need to be a member to participate.
Adult climbing is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
If you are curious if climbing could be something for you or you are already climbing and lack a climbing community, then you must meet on this day. Today's instructors will set up ropes, bring all the necessary equipment and be ready to secure, so you do not need any equipment or prior knowledge of climbing to participate. It's going to be a great day.
Espedalen is one of our most used fields in Bø and a really nice place with the possibility of bonfires and accommodation and lots of good climbing for all sizes and levels.
Practical: Feel free to carpool or take the bike as parking facilities are limited.
