One of Norway's most beautiful voices opens the jazz semester!
Kristin Asbjørnsen is one of the most original and critically acclaimed voices in Norwegian music over the past 25 years. Her artistic expression has received an overwhelming response, through album releases and many years of international concert activity.
With strong melody and poetic lyricism, the instruments are woven in a beautiful, raw and meditative soundscape, carried forward by the presence of Kristin's singing.
Kristin has been reinterpreting spirituals for a number of years. It is always a great experience to hear Kristin on stage, and the stage is set for a unique concert experience with Kristin in trio format.
