This is this year's collaborative concert between the literature festival Bøker i Bø and Bø jazz club.
SELVMAAL consists of one part boundary-pushing folk musician, two parts jazz, two teaspoons of avant-garde and some spoken words.
Tuva Syvertsen, known from, among others, the group Valkyrien Allstars, is one of Norway's most important voices in folk music and related forms in recent years.
Here Tuva meets musicians Thomas Strønen and Ole Morten Vågan, who are known from numerous other Norwegian and international jazz constellations, for example from the Maria Kannegaard Trio.
The music is characterised by Syvertsen's lyrics and a free attitude towards improvisation and music.
The doors open at 21.30 - concert start at 22.00
