Mindfulness - evening session on Zoom

Welcome to half an hour of simple instructions where student priest Pernille, by using her voice, instructs you to land in your own body and listen to your own breathing.
You will also get some information about stress and some simple tips to relax a little.

No prior knowledge is necessary, and you decide entirely for yourself whether you want to participate invisibly and silently or whether you want to make yourself known.
