Welcome to a functional group workout designed to make you fit for everyday life! 💪

The session is station-based and includes exercises that challenge your strength, endurance, balance, coordination, mobility, and more. The workout is suitable for absolutely everyone. We’ll train to great music and get everyday fit together!🏃‍➡️🏋️

Smoothies and energy bars will be provided for all participants – 30 spots available, first come, first served!!! 🧉⚡️
