Hey!
We know you are probably full on with your studying and if you wanna take a short retreat this might be for you!
We have prepared a 3 hour workshop for you this sunday at gullbring.
Together we will dive deeper into the yoga asana techniques and into breathwork and meditation.
We will spend three hours in a mindfull setting fully focused on our body, breath and ourselves. Allignment and grounding will be our main focus for that time.
Remember to book your spot and a yoga mat in case you do not have your own. We open 15 free spots!
