In this webinar, we will talk about how to develop a problem statement for your paper and different types of research questions. Additionally, we will discuss how to write an introduction to an academic paper, focusing on building from a general perspective to the research question, and how you can make the reader interested in your topic.
This course is reserved for students at USN, and will be held in English!

Who is the webinar for? This webinar is most relevant for those who are writing an academic text where you need to develop or formulate your own research question. Additionally, the course is relevant if you are starting to write an introduction either for a shorter academic paper or a bachelor's or master's thesis.
The webinar will be taught in English by Hanna Kavli Lodberg-Holm who is the coordinator of the USN Academic Writing Center and is open for all USN students.
Duration: 1 hour lecture.
